Fresh Hope Care came to us with a blank slate, wanting to begin a journey to redefine and reimagine their brand and how video would play a part in that. They didn’t want to follow the same style or format as other aged care providers, and challenged us to come up with something ‘fresh’. Something that would empower older people and spit in the face of negative ageing stereotypes. Looking to emulate a young/hip approach, we got Solli the Poet (a young boy) to write a spoken word piece about ageing and then shot this footage to suit it. We also arranged the voice over for this. The outcome, I think, was beautiful, and shows the power of video in bringing a brand to life. We followed this up with a similar piece centred around Fresh Hope Care’s staff.
